During the warranty period, should any quality issues arise, you have two options for service:

  1. Official Customer Service: Contact the brand's official customer service directly to apply for local RMA warranty service.
  2. Datadirect Global: Send the equipment back to DatadirectGlobal for warranty service.

What are the payment terms Datadirectglobal.com accepts?

PS: Limited Lifetime Warranty means the machine is damaged during normal use, datadirect can provide free warranty service. However, we cannot provide warranty for damage caused by human or violent factors.

If you need to apply for a product warranty, you need to send the defective product back to us (suzhou China). The shipping cost of the defective product and the shipping cost of the spare parts will be borne by datadirect.

The shipping cost for the return is: first receipt address to our warehouse. The shipping cost of the spare parts is from our warehouse to the first delivery address.
